The assembly (10) has a main tube (1) i.e. tubular element, including two ends with different diameters. A pipe is connected to the main tube, and includes an upper chamber (11) and a lower chamber (12) that includes diameter smaller than that of the upper chamber. A pushing part (6) is connected to a connecting portion (411) of a push rod (41), and comprises a nozzle (61) that is defined in interior of the pushing part. Pressure force is applied on the pushing part to cause axial back and forth movement of a block (43) and a connecting rod (42).
