The embodiments of the invention provide a service quality monitoring device for a Digital Subscriber Line (DSL) broadband network, a working method and a system thereof. The service quality monitoring device includes: a DSL central office transceiver module which is connected with a DSL subscriber terminal of the DSL broadband network; a DSL remote transceiver module which is connected with a DSL service provider of the DSL broadband network; a service monitoring module which is connected between the DSL central office transceiver module and the DSL remote transceiver module, is used to transfer DSL service data message between the DSL central office transceiver module and the DSL remote transceiver module and to perform service quality monitoring on the DSL service data message. By performing service quality monitoring on the DSL service data message while transferring the DSL service data message, the embodiments of the invention enable timely location, overall location and long-term monitoring for a fault, so that solving efficiency of in-home fault diagnosis and subscriber daily fault complaining is increased, and the operation cost is reduced.
