PURPOSE: A pleated filter producer is provided to produce a pleated filter by folding filter materials progressively in an effective way, and to produce the pleated filter with the most appropriate angle of upper and lower blades. CONSTITUTION: A pleated filter producer comprises a main body; an upper and lower drive cam(120); an upper side driving arm(130): a lower side driving arm(140): a rotation drive cam(150): an upper side rotation driving arm(160): a lower side rotation driving arm: an upper blade mount(181): an upper blade(180): a lower blade mount(191); and a lower blade(190). An upper roller(132) is connected to the upper side of the upper and lower driving cam, and is installed to one terminal of the upper driving arm. The rotation drive cam operates according to the upper and lower drive cam with the phase difference. The position of an upper side rotating arm roller can be controlled by an upper angle controller(164). The upper rotating arm roller is installed to be connected to one side of the rotation drive cam. The position of a lower rotating arm roller can be controlled by a lower angle controller(174). The lower rotating arm roller is installed to be connected to the other side of the rotation drive cam. The upper blade mount is installed to be movable in the direction of upward and downward on an upper and lower guide rail(117) which is installed on a support stand(116).
