PURPOSE: A both-sided TV and 360 degrees TV are provided to increase the availability of a space by matching a first part diameter and a second part diameter of a both-sided TV height adjustment member. CONSTITUTION: A TV height adjustment member is fixed on a ceiling at ceiling-fixed both-sided TV. A location of holes of both-sided TV is fit to a hole of the TV height adjustment member. The TV height adjustment member is fixed to both-sided TV by screws. An angle of the fixed type both-sided TV.
