<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure capable of obtaining urging force required for implementation of detection of opening/closing of an opening/closing member without a spring. <P>SOLUTION: The image recording device includes a scanner casing 51 opened/closed with respect to a printer casing 52, and a detecting part for detecting the opening/closing. A substrate 53, a first protrusion 72, a thin film member 76 radially extended while being tilted from a lower end of the first protrusion 72 to an oblique upper side, and a turning member 56 are arranged on the printer casing 52. A rear end 41 of the turning member 56 abutted to the closed scanner casing 51 is turned to a direction of an arrow 86, a front end 42 is turned to a direction of an arrow 87, and the first protrusion 72 is lifted up by the front end 42 and is separated from the substrate 53. In this state, the thin film member 76 applies the load on the first protrusion 72 to the substrate 53 side. When the scanner casing 51 is opened, the first protrusion 72 is free from the turning member 56, and is abutted to the substrate 53 by the load. The detecting part detects opening/closing of the scanner casing 51 by presence/absence of abutting of the first protrusion 72 and the substrate 53. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
