<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve an impeller power unit that rotates using buoyancy. <P>SOLUTION: Impellers are disposed in a row in the vertical direction under water. An air discharge port is disposed below the impellers. Air is discharged from the air discharge port. Buoyancy of rising air makes the impellers rotate one after another from the lower to the upper.
