<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel injection device of an internal combustion engine that can change an atomization shape by fuel pressure. <P>SOLUTION: A fuel injection valve 21 is formed with a plurality of nozzle ports 25 arranged to expand in the lateral direction when setting the center line CL direction of a cylinder 2 as the vertical direction. When an angle formed by adjacent two injection axes among a plurality of injection axes Axf for regulating the injection direction from the respective nozzle ports of the plurality of nozzle ports 25, is set as a nipping angle, the plurality of nozzle ports 25 are constructed so that the nipping angle θ1 formed by the two injection axes positioned near a central part of the cylinder 2, becomes minimum among the nipping angles θ1, θ2 and θ3. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
