<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wiring member which is compact and highly stretchable, and a method for manufacturing the wiring member. <P>SOLUTION: The wiring member includes a columnar base 10 and a wiring layer 20 which is formed on a surface of the base and is composed of a wiring part and an electrode part connected to the wiring part.
