PURPOSE: A dew condensation prevention type heat exchanging ventilation system is provided to arrange electric damper in the inside of a casing to forcibly open/close an indoor air inlet and an outdoor air inlet, thereby easily insulating the indoor air inlet and the outdoor air outlet. CONSTITUTION: A dew condensation prevention type heat exchanging ventilation system comprises a casing(10), an outdoor air inlet fan(21), an indoor air outlet fan(22), a heat exchange unit(40), and electric dampers(41,42). The electric damper controls an indoor air inlet and an outdoor air inlet respectively in the inside of the casing. An insulating material is installed in the indoor air inlet and the outdoor air inlet to prevent dew condensation. The insulating material is installed in an indoor air outlet and an outdoor air outlet to prevent dew condensation.
