STRESS EVALUATION METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stress evaluation method capable of suppressing pain and psychological burden in specimen collection and capable of simply evaluating stress with sufficient accuracy.

SOLUTION: The stress evaluation method includes: a step for applying treatment for promoting extraction of tissue fluid from skin to a part of the skin of a subject; a step for storing the tissue fluid obtained from the skin to which promotion treatment has been applied; a step for acquiring information concerned with the amount of stress markers in the stored tissue fluid; a step for acquiring information concerned with the amount of inorganic ions in the stored tissue fluid; and a step for acquiring information concerned with the stress of the subject on the basis of the information concerned with the amount of stress markers and the information concerned with the amount of inorganic ions.
