HALOGEN HEATER LAMP UNIT AND HEAT TREATMENT APPARATUS

PURPOSE: A halogen heater lamp unit and a heat treatment apparatus are provided to extend lifetime by controlling the overheating of a vertical part. CONSTITUTION: A heat insulating housing(11) is made of an insulating material that surrounds a heat treatment space which heats up a work. A cylindrical shape is arranged in order to be inserted and passed through an inserting hole which is formed on an upper wall of the heat insulating housing. A halogen heater lamp(20) comprises a horizontal part and an u-shaped light emitting tube(21). The light emitting tube comprises a vertical part, which is extended in a vertical direction, in both ends thereof. A filament(24) is installed on a horizontal part within the light emitting tube. Each vertical part of halogen heater lamp is arranged to be inserted and pass through while interposing a gap between an outer circumferential surface of the vertical part within the cylindrical shape and an inner circumferential surface of the cylindrical shape.
