<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flexible electrode structure which is stretchable and has a small distribution of electric resistance at a relatively low cost, and to provide a high-performance transducer at a relatively low cost using the flexible electrode structure for an electrode. <P>SOLUTION: The flexible electrode structure comprises a flexible conductive layer 23Y including elastomer and conductive carbon powder, and a wiring part 24Y arranged on a surface of the flexible conductive layer 23Y and having volume resistivity lower than that of the flexible conductive layer 23Y. The wiring part 24Y is arranged so as to reduce dispersion of electric resistance in a surface direction of the flexible conductive layer 23Y. A transducer 1 includes a dielectric layer 20 made of the elastomer or a resin and a plurality of electrodes 01X-06X and 01Y-06Y arranged through the dielectric layer 20.
