<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve productivity in a scarificator for root vegetables such as potato, carrot, cucumber, etc. <P>SOLUTION: A rotary disk 11 includes setting, detection and split positions 1 to 7, and it includes chuck claws 21A and 21B. Detection stations 2 and 3 include a detection means 80 comprised of length, height and width detection parts 81, 85 and 95, and split stations 4-7 include blade means 110A-110D, and then the rotary disk includes a chuck claw opening/closing means 20 for opening/closing the chuck claw, as well as a pushing-out means 40 for pushing out root vegetables among the chuck claws 21A-21D to the side of the blade means 110A-110D. Above the rotary disk, pushing-out means driving parts 60A-60D for operating a pushing-out means 40 is provided and a control means 120 is provided to calculate the size of root vegetables from measurement data detected by the detection means 80 and to drive the pushing-out means driving part in a manner to push root vegetables to the blade means 110A-110D for splitting the vegetables. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
