<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a plasma display panel having a phosphor layer in which the luminance life of green phosphor and a driving voltage are enhanced. <P>SOLUTION: In a plasma display panel, a front plate and back plate having a phosphor layer are disposed so as to confront each other, a green phosphor layer is provided in the phosphor layer, the green phosphor layer contains Zn<SB POS="POST">2</SB>SiO<SB POS="POST">4</SB>:Mn, and the abundance ratio of Zn element to Si element (Zn2p/Si2p) below the depth of 3nm from the particle surface of Zn<SB POS="POST">2</SB>SiO<SB POS="POST">4</SB>:Mn is equal to 1.45 or less. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
