<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light-emitting device of top emission type comprised of a combination of a white organic EL element and a resonance structure, capable of achieving a simple manufacturing process and high light extraction efficiency. <P>SOLUTION: A reinforcing conductive film 500 is formed at a step-off portion of a contact hole in a blue light-emitting element U3 to reinforce a transparent electrode layer 15 corresponding to the step-off portion. A reflective film/pixel electrode 12 of a red light-emitting element U1 and a green light-emitting element U2 is formed in the same process as the formation process of the reinforcing conductive film 500. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
