PURPOSE: A fitness apparatus is provided to support a loading/unloading part of a catcher bar, which is inserted into a guide groove, by a fixed wall positioned at both sides of a vertical groove, thereby preventing the capture bar from being shaken or rotated by external force. CONSTITUTION: A fitness apparatus (100) comprises a first standing member in which multiple first guide grooves are positioned in different heights, a second standing member which is opposite to the first standing member and includes multiple second guide grooves corresponded respectively to the first guide grooves; and a catcher bar (310) which includes a barbell bearing extended to a first direction and a loading/unloading part protruded from the both ends of the barbell bearing and is supported with the first standing member and the second standing member by inserting the loading/unloading part into the first guide groove and the second guide groove. The first guide groove and the second guide groove include a horizontal groove which guides the loading/unloading part from an opening part, in which the loading/unloading part is inserted, to a second direction intersecting with the first direction and a horizontal groove which is continued from vertical groove and guides the loading/unloading part to a mounting portion. The loading/unloading part has a vertical section which is partly extended along a longitudinal direction of the vertical groove. |
