<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology capable of achieving a closed circuit without connections in spite of a coil structure using an oxide superconducting layer and providing a superconducting coil in a permanent current mode in a temperature range of 20-77K, which has been impossible in conventional technologies. <P>SOLUTION: An oxide superconducting coil is constructed by layering, in a thickness direction, a plurality of oxide superconducting ring-shaped laminates including a ring-shaped metallic substrate, a ring-shaped intermediate layer provided on the substrate, and a ring-shaped oxide superconducting layer. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
