FIELD: process engineering.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to method and plant for processing heavy fraction (SF) rich in plastics produced in processing wastes (KA), metal depleted and rich in plastics, brought about, at least partially, by Shredder process of second-hand car disposal. Proposed method comprises, at least, the following successive processing steps: extraction (VG1, VG2) of metals (FE, NES, NE) from said heavy fraction, crushing (VG4) of said fraction (KFA) remained after extraction of metal components, separation (VG6) of heavy fraction, metal depleted rich in plastics (KFA) remained after separation of metal components, into fractions (KF1-KF3) rich in plastics with different particle sizes, at least partial processing (VG7-VG13) of separated fractions (KF1-KF3) rich in plastics at separate processing steps. Proposed method is implemented at plant incorporating the following means: MA2 - magnetic separator, WA1 - separator with air vortex flow, MS1 - metal separation, ZA1 - cutting-crushing, SE3 - screen, DT1-DT3 - density separation, P1 - buffer, OR1 - surface cleaning, NT1 - wet separation by density, NT2 - wet separation by density, ET - electrostatic separation, KM - crushing of plastics, SO1 - optical sorting.EFFECT: higher efficiency, high-purity granulate fraction.46 cl, 2 dwg |
