<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manage and convert a user identifier between different systems. <P>SOLUTION: A conversion system for a user identifier according to the invention includes a transmission source system 20, a transmission destination system 30, and a user identifier conversion device 10 for receiving a message from the transmission source system 20 and transferring the message to the transmission destination system 30. The transmission source system 20 transmits a transmission source system ID, a transmission source user ID, a transmission destination system ID, and a message to the user identifier conversion device 10. The user identifier conversion device 10 includes a table D in which the transmission source user ID in the transmission source system ID and the transmission destination user ID in the transmission destination system ID are associated with each other.
