<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a belt cleaner device having an improved effect of scraping off deposits on the belt surface. <P>SOLUTION: Each of cleaner units (6) constituting the belt cleaner device includes: a support plate (8) providing a scraping portion (7); an upper resilient block (9) supporting resiliently a lower portion of the support plate; and a lower resilient block (10) supporting resiliently a bottom of the upper resilient block. The support plate (8) is supported by the upper resilient block (9) so that the support plate is held in a forward leaning posture where the scraping portion (7) faces the belt running direction (X). The support plate (8) is set upright by resilient deformation of the upper resilient block (9) when the scraping portion (7) is pushed and moved by the belt, and the support plate (8) brings the scraping portion (7) into press-contact with the belt surface. During scraping, when the pressure such as an impact is applied to the upper resilient block (9) including the scraping portion (7), the lower resilient block (10) is deformed resiliently, and thereby, the upper resilient block (9) including the scraping portion (7) is moved to absorb and buffer the impact. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
