<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem of requirement for dismounting a tight fitting portion around a mouth when a microphone of a recorder containing a PC-attached microphone, a tap, and a mobile phone function is used in such a manner as speech leakage is prevented in a conference or the like. <P>SOLUTION: A built-in microphone and an amplifier are attached to an outlet of a microphone body attached with PC, to react even to a very weak voicing, to allow transmission of it as a voice of normal sound level, as before.
