<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an echo canceler having less operation amount. <P>SOLUTION: In an echo canceler, it is set to perform convolution of an "input signal" and a "path estimation factor" instead of making convolution of an "autocorrelation function" and the "path estimation factor." For example, when convoluting the path estimation factor with the autocorrelation function, it is needed to have a calculation order of square of N in the convolution, but when convoluting the path estimation factor with the input signal, it is only needed to have a calculation order of N at the most, thereby, the operation amount of the echo canceler can be largely reduced. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
