<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique capable of recording with flexibility in external digital recording apparatuses which are not uniform in performance. <P>SOLUTION: A broadcast reception device comprises: setting means that sets simultaneous recording of a plural numbers of channels; measurement means that measures the maximum recording channel numbers of plural recording media connected via a desired interface; and simultaneous recording means that determines a combination of recording media for securing the number of channels to be subjected to the simultaneous recording, and executes the simultaneous recording in the recording media of the determined combination. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
