The device has brake force applicator (Z) displaced against friction component of adjusting element (3). An adjusting mechanism is arranged in between brake force applicator and adjusting element. A push plate (4) is coupled with bearing bolt (5) with movement of brake force applicator to drive one-way clutch (6). The one-way clutch and bolt are enclosed by housing (11) connected to adjusting element via rotary joint (23,24). A friction-generating element (41) is arranged between bolt and housing, and is biased by a force generated by spring (40) in central-axis direction.
