The information management server (2) is equipped with: a storage unit (203) that stores related information with respect to prescribed video/audio information, together with time information; a retrieval unit (204) that compares storage time information transmitted from the communications unit (310) and the time information stored in the storage unit (203), extracting the relevant related information; and a communications unit (201) that transmits the extracted related information to the receiver (3) equipped with a recording function.
