FIELD: physics, communication.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to media coders and decoders. Coder codes frame based on initial content to be sent to decoder. Coder can define if frame may be placed in cash by coder and decoder. Is frame must be placed in cash then coder can indicate it by coding said frame by one or several control bits of said cash.
