PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electron receptive compound for improving charge transport properties, capable of being used also as a highly active polymerization initiator, to provide a producing method in which the compound can be simply produced with high purity, and to provide an organic electronic element and an organic EL element which are excellent in charge transport properties and have high efficiency and long life.

SOLUTION: There is provided a method for producing an electron receptive compound comprising the steps of dissolving and mixing a charge transport compound and an ion compound comprising an organic cation and a counter anion thereof and drying them. There are also provided an electron receptive compound produced by the production method, as well as an organic electronic element and an organic electroluminescent element which include at least one organic thin film including the electron receptive compound.
