<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To avoid a collision with following paper money by effectively pressing down the rear end of already-stacked paper money when paper money are received, and, on the other hand, to prevent the occurrence of a delivery failure of the paper money by remarkably reducing resistance due to vanes with respect to the money paper when delivered. <P>SOLUTION: A sweeper 55 comprises a center member 56 fixed to a rotation axis and a plurality of elastic vanes 57 protruding radially from the center member.
