<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mobile communication terminal module which is small and reliable and enabled in a plurality of bands. <P>SOLUTION: A mobile communication terminal module comprises: a DPX which is a tunable filter, and a disturbance canceller for cancelling a transmission signal and noise from a transmission circuit which leaks to a reception signal. The mobile communication terminal module performs calibration to adjust the performance of the disturbance canceller and tunable filter to the optimal value by means of a calibration signal from a transmission system and an electric power detector RSSI in a reception system, holds calibration data to read out data during in-real operation, and thus realizes excellent transmission and reception characteristics. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
