<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semiconductor device capable supplying stably electric power source even when a conductive layer large in occupied area is provided in a coil-like antenna part. <P>SOLUTION: Current can be prevented from flowing through a conductive layer, large in occupied area included in a storage circuit part, and power saving is achieved by arranging the storage circuit part and a coil-like antenna part by laminating them. Moreover, space can be efficiently used by arranging the storage circuit part and the coil-like antenna part by laminating them.
