<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a motor drive device having gain switch determination means capable of setting optimum gain. <P>SOLUTION: The motor drive device includes: current control means 3 that controls a motor to drive in accordance with a torque command 25; speed feed forward means 4 that controls the gain selected by a gain switch signal 34; torque feed forward means 5 that controls the gain selected by the gain switch signal 34; speed detection means 6 that calculates the motor speed 30; position command speed detection means 7 that calculates the position command speed 31; gain switch determination means 8 that turns on/off the gain switch signal 34; determination delay time setting means 9; and determination threshold value setting means 10. After the determination delay time 32 has passed, when the absolute value of the position command speed 31 is equal to or smaller than the determination threshold value 33, the gain switch determination means 8 turns on the gain switch signal 34, and when the absolute value is larger than the determination threshold value 33, holds the gain switch signal 34 in the off state. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
