<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To decolor an image on a recording medium and make the recording medium reusable. <P>SOLUTION: A decoloring apparatus for decoloring an image formed on the surface of a recording medium comprises: first reading means for reading the surface of a recording medium; decoloring means for decoloring the image on the surface of the recording medium; second reading means for reading the surface of the recording medium on which the image decolored by the decoloring means is formed; first storing means and second storing means for storing recording media; and control means for controlling conveyance of a recording medium. The controlling means conveys a recording medium to the decoloring means or the first storing means by first determining means on the basis of a reading result by the first reading means, and conveys a recording medium to the first storing means or the second storing means by second determining means on the basis of a reading result by the second reading means. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
