<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information processing device capable of reducing an initialization time for all functions without delaying the initialization time for the functions having a higher priority, and a method for starting the same. <P>SOLUTION: An information processing device having a plurality of functions to be made available by initialization, comprises: initialization means 1-n for initializing the functions, respectively; initialization order determination means 12 for determining execution order of the initialization means 1-n; device processing load monitoring means 13 for monitoring a device processing load; and initialization timing determination means 15 for, when one or more initialization means in execution exist, determining execution timing of next initialization means I by determining the device processing load on the basis of a first threshold value at which processing of the one or more initialization means is not delayed. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
