PURPOSE: An apparatus for manufacturing bar rice cake for Tteokbokki and bar rice cake manufactured thereby are provided to facilitate the flow of spice along grooves. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for manufacturing bar rice cake for Tteokbokki comprises a hopper(10), an extrusion container(20), a drive unit(30), and a molding frame(40). The hopper supplies rice cake. The extrusion container comprises an extrusion unit for pushing the supplied rice cake to the outside by compressing the rice cake. The drive unit operates the extrusion unit within the extrusion container. The molding frame is combined with the rice cake withdrawal unit of the extrusion container. |
