<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a game device and the like suitable for facilitating recognition of a direction in a virtual space. <P>SOLUTION: A display unit 201 displays on a screen an image representing the appearance of a character arranged inside a virtual space from a viewpoint arranged inside the virtual space. A movement unit 202 moves the viewpoint inside the virtual space. Before the movement unit 202 moves the viewpoint, a marker unit 203 arranges a marker on a marker position set relative to the character inside the virtual space.
