MANUFACTURING METHOD OF EDIBLE CRUDE GINTONIN FROM GINSENG USING ETHYL ALCOHOL

PURPOSE: A producing method of edible crude gintonin from ginseng using ethanol is provided to easily and economically produce the crude gintonin from the ginseng with high yield. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of edible crude gintonin from ginseng comprises the following steps: producing an ethanol extract of the ginseng; concentrating, dialyzing, and freeze-drying the ginseng ethanol extract; dissolving the freeze-dried extract in a buffer solution containing ethanol, and performing the anion exchange resin chromatography; and inserting materials collected from an anion exchange resin column into a dialysis membrane, and removing salt and the ethanol from the material.
