<p>PURPOSE: An organic light emitting display device is provided to extend lifetime thereof by effectively preventing penetration of moisture or oxygen. CONSTITUTION: An organic light emitting device(20) is formed on a substrate. A sealing substrate(40) is formed on the organic light emitting device. A bonding layer(30) is formed on the substrate and covers the organic light emitting device. The bonding layer bonds the substrate, in which the organic light emitting device is formed, with the sealing substrate. The bonding layer is formed by successively laminating a first filling bonding layer, a moisture absorption and bonding layer, and a second filling bonding layer.</p> |
