<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To mount a division plate under the legs of a driver in a driver seat of a car. <P>SOLUTION: A driver who operates an automatic car may possibly operate a brake pedal with his (her) left foot and an accelerator pedal with his (her) right foot, and when operating instantaneous danger avoidance, the driver may possibly keep his (her) feet in panic and depress the accelerator pedal and the brake pedal with the feet at the same time, possibly causing accident occurrence.
