PURPOSE: An ultrasonic sensor is provided to protect a piezoelectric element with a temperature compensation capacitor and to improve the vibration force of the piezoelectric element. CONSTITUTION: An ultrasonic sensor comprises a conductive case(110), a piezoelectric element(120), a temperature compensation capacitor(150), a first lead line(160), and a second lead line(165). A groove is formed in the bottom of the conductive case. The piezoelectric element is inserted into the groove and fixed by a conductive adhesive. The temperature compensation capacitor is arranged on the top of the piezoelectric element and electrically connected to the piezoelectric element. The temperature compensation capacitor is fixed to the case by a non-conductive adhesive. The first lead line is electrically connected to one surface of the temperature compensation capacitor and the case. The second lead line is electrically connected to the other surface of the temperature compensation capacitor.
