<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To uniformize a load of each processing device in a distribution system. <P>SOLUTION: In a distribution system comprising a plurality of processing devices 2 which provide a service to clients 3 and a plurality of distribution devices 1 which distribute messages acquired from the clients 3 by consistent hashing to the processing devices 2, a storage part of each distribution device 1 stores a processing device management table for storing a processing device identifier dispensed for each processing device 2. A control part of each distribution device 1 determines a representative of the distribution devices 1 in the distribution system. When a processing device 2 is added, the representative dispenses a processing device identifier of the added processing device 2, updates the processing device management table and notifies other distribution devices. When a processing device 2 is added, the distribution devices other than the representative update the processing device management tables using the processing device identifier of the added processing device 2 which is notified by the representative. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
