PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an accurate image processed result of high precision for an event in a real world, taking the real world from which a data is acquired into account, in an image processor.

SOLUTION: When a light signal in the real world 1 expressed by an optical signal function F has prescribed constancy, a real world estimating part 102 estimates the optical signal function F by approximating the optical signal function F with a prescribed approximation function f, using an input image (image data containing the constancy of a data corresponding the constancy) input from a sensor 2, and using data constancy information (data constancy information corresponding to the the constancy of the data of the input image) from a data constancy detecting part 101.
