PURPOSE: A wastewater disposal apparatus and method thereof are provided to increase the specific gravity and the dehydration of sludge for increasing the efficiency of solid liquid separation and dehydration thereby minimizing the output of dehydrated cake as it is capable to increase the amount of absorbing material that can be absorbed more. CONSTITUTION: A waste water disposal method comprises the following steps. Emitting the first drained water by conducting the first precipitation with inflowing waste water; Conduct the process of second precipitation with the first drained water after emitting the second drained water; Injecting the absorber for process of the first absorption of nitrogen and phosphorus which are in the second drained water; Precipitating the absorbent for separating thereby collecting it; Conduct the second precipitation process of nitrogen and phosphorus using the returned absorbent; Wasting the sludge which was generated by the second absorption and the sludge within the first drained water and the second drained water and conducting the third precipitation process of nitrogen and phosphorus within the condensed sludge using the absorbent.
