摘要 <p>PURPOSE: A Fe(ferrum)-Cr(chromium) alloy substrate for a CI(G)S(copper indium gallium diselenide) solar cell and a method manufacturing thereof are provided to prevent diffusion by forming a diffusion barrier layer and a rear side metal layer. CONSTITUTION: A Fe-Cr alloy substrate(1) for a CI(G)S solar cell comprises remaining Fe and other unavoidable impurities. The Cr(chromium) content of the Fe-Cr alloy substrate is 30-50 weight%. The surface roughness(Rz) of the Fe-Cr alloy substrate is below 100nm. A diffusion barrier layer is formed on one side of the Fe-Cr alloy substrate. The diffusion barrier layer comprises one or more of Cr and Ni(nickel).</p>
