PURPOSE: An object selecting and controlling method on a remote screen is provided to enable a user to directly control complex functions of a screen based electronic apparatus without using a cursor. CONSTITUTION: A recognition module(42) calculates a three dimensional location information coordinate point of a hand within a feasible area(30) and a three dimensional location information coordinate for a screen reference point of an eye by using data recognized by a camera. The recognition module recognizes the location movement of the hand based on a screen point of the coordinate by calculating a coordinate of a monitor screen point on an extension line of three dimensional location information.
