PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve a transmission system of wireless packets, in which a receiving terminal returns NAK (Negative Acknowledgement) signal only when normal reception is not performed, the NAK signal is received without interference of signal erroneously transmitted from the other station, and resend processing is certainly performed. SOLUTION: A transmitting party identification code for identifying a terminal 2a that is a transmitting party is obtained by a transmitting party information demodulation means 48a from a packetized information signal received by the receiving terminal 2b. A resend request of the packetized information signal containing the transmitting party identification code and error is digital-modulated by a modulation method excellent in wireless immunity which uses a multi-value number smaller than that upon packetized information transmission, and it is transmitted by an NAK signal transmitting means.
