<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel cartridge in which the exchange of fuel and a moisture absorbent can be performed by the one-time exchange of a cartridge, and a fuel cell cartridge having the fuel cartridge. <P>SOLUTION: The moisture absorbent 10 is composed of silica gel and a material having a moisture adsorption property corresponding to gel, and the fuel is vacuum-sealed by a fuel sealing film 8. When the fuel is reduced in volume by power generation, the fuel sealing film 8 moves to the fuel side accompanied by that.
