PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for connecting a thin tube to a tube joint while allowing efficient two-type press-in work for externally pressing the tube into the tube joint and externally pressing a sleeve into the tube. SOLUTION: The device is constructed with a sleeve retainer 3 between a tool 1 and a tube clamp 2. It comprises a press-in clamp 5 and a change-over component 4. The tube joint 72 and the sleeve 90 to which the tube 9 is externally fitted are sets on the tool 1 and on the sleeve holder 3, respectively. In the state that the tube clamp 2 is closed and the tube 9 is held, the press-in clamp 5 is operated to press the tube 9 into the tube joint 72. Then, the tube clamp 2 is opened and the change-over component 4 is changed over, and the press-in clamp 5 is pressed-in the sleeve 90 into the tube joint 72. COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
