PURPOSE: A location based commercial transaction method is provided to perform a location based commercial transaction, thereby supplying a convenient service environment to a user. CONSTITUTION: Service requests including location information are registered in a server(110). The registered service requests are arranged in a list based on a current location and the location information(120). A commercial transaction is processed in response to a service request selected in the list(130). The service request, which the commercial transaction is processed, is deleted in the service requests registered in the server(140). When a commercial transaction process is completed, a service providing message is transmitted to a user terminal.
