发明名称 METHOD FOR PREPARATION OF PIEZOELECTRIC ELEMENT FOR LOW SINTERING AND PIEZOELECTRIC ELEMENT USING THE SAME
摘要 PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of a piezoelectric for low temperature sintering, and the piezoelectric using the same are provided to improve piezoelectric properties and dielectric properties by adding oxide as a sintering aid for low temperature sintering. CONSTITUTION: A mixture is manufactured by wet-mixing Pb2O, ZrO2, TiO2, NiO, Nb2O5 and a solvent. A first powder is formed by calcinations after drying the mixture. A second powder is formed by adding oxide into the first powder, wet-mixing together, and drying it. A piezoelectric is formed by sintering for 1 hour to 10 hours in 700 to 1000°C after pressurizing the second powder.
