PURPOSE: A heating apparatus of a steering wheel is provided to moderately operate according to the circumference without operating a separate control switch. CONSTITUTION: A heating apparatus of a steering wheel comprises an air-conditioning controller, a steering heater(3). The air-conditioning controller is connected to receive one or more signals from an indoor sensor, an external temperature sensor, an evaporating temperature sensor, and a cooling temperature sensor. The air-conditioning controller controls the air-conditioning apparatus. The steering-heater is directly operated according to the operation of a user. The air-conditioning apparatus is operated by a user. The steering heater is operated by the air-conditioning controller when a condition requiring a heating is satisfied.
